Here is where Buildings 3 and 4 stood at the end of July 2026. Crews are working across the parkade and grade-slab levels at the same time, and the structure is starting to take its final footprint.
Progress this month
- West grade slab decking is complete, and the bottom steel is being installed.
- Stripping of the P1 slab is mostly complete.
- Concrete block infill has started in the parkade, and the storage room areas are being back-filled and compacted.
- Electrical and plumbing knockouts are in place in the west deck.
- Scaffolding is up on the east and west grade slabs.
- The middle columns were poured on July 30, and the parkade ramp is formed and ready.
Coming up
- August 4: parkade ramp pour
- August 7 to 10: conduit through the west grade slab
- August 11 to 14: top steel on the west grade slab
- August 28: target pour for the east grade slab
Buildings 1 and 2 are complete and home to residents. Buildings 3 and 4 are 100% sold out.
Building 6 is next
