It’s Official: Shovels in the Ground at Building 6

Shovels in the ground at the Building 6 groundbreaking, Highstreet Village, with the tower crane overhead

On Saturday, September 26, we officially broke ground on Building 6 at Highstreet Village. Shovels went in, hard hats came out, and the tower crane did what tower cranes do best: steal the show.

The ceremony doubled as a community market, with local vendors set up around the Presentation Centre and plenty of neighbours stopping by to see what’s next for the Village.

Where things stand

  • Buildings 1 and 2: complete
  • Buildings 3 and 4: sold out
  • Building 6: under construction, with completion estimated for Summer 2028

Building 6 is home to The Sunset Collection, the final homes in the building: studio to 3-bedroom condominiums with air conditioning, parking and storage included, plus access to The Nest and The Lookout amenities.
