• The new $8.1-million Highstreet Transit Exchange opened on September 6, right outside the community. It has five bus bays serving local and regional routes, including the Fraser Valley Express.
• Buildings 1 and 2 are complete and fully occupied, and Buildings 3 and 4 are sold out and under construction. Building 6 reached its presale targets ahead of the groundbreaking.
• Every home in The Sunset Collection faces west. The homes share Building 5 and 6 amenities: an indoor-outdoor lounge and kitchen, a rooftop patio with Mount Baker views, a gym and private Zoom rooms.
• Twelve local makers and small businesses joined the celebration for a free community market.
