Construction Update: Three Floors Up, Framing Climbs

The wood framing is moving fast. As of October 8, 2026, Building 3 is three floors up and Building 4 is close behind.

Progress this month

• Building 3: the third-floor walls are nearly complete, and fourth-floor joisting starts on October 9.
• Building 4: the first two floors are framed and the corridor framing is in. Crews are now laying out the Level 3 walls.
• Masonry on the Building 4 elevator core is progressing.
• Plumbing and sprinkler stacks are following the framers on levels 1 and 2 of Building 3, with the A/C condensate lines connected.
• Crews are finishing the parkade lighting on west P2 and the equipment in the water entry room.
• Stripping of the formwork and scaffolding at ground level is wrapping up.

Coming up

• October 9: fourth-floor joisting at Building 3
• Ongoing: Level 3 framing at Building 4, plumbing and sprinkler stacks, and masonry on the Building 4 elevator core

Building 6 is next
